What This Means (Plain English Summary)

We only collect basic information you choose to share (like your name or email) so we can communicate with you and help you connect with the parish.

We don’t sell your data.

Services and events may be livestreamed or recorded. If you prefer not to appear on camera, we have designated areas available—just ask a greeter or parish leader and we will help you.

If you ever have concerns, you can simply talk to us.

As part of parish life, SJTM may photograph, record, or livestream services and events.

Notice of Recording

By entering the service or event premises, you acknowledge and consent that:

  • Photography, audio recording, and video recording may take place

If you have concerns about photography or recordings used beyond the livestream (such as promotional materials), please speak with us. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you where possible.

Our intent is not to place anyone on display, but to serve those who cannot be present and to help others take their first steps toward the Church.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental involvement. Parents and guardians are encouraged to guide their children’s participation in online activities.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
